Eric Tooley                                 

Eric Tooley is the Program Director for Aim for Success, Inc. He recruits, trains, and supervises the Aim for Success speaking staff. He oversees program content by writing program scripts and programming the Aim For Success PowerPoint presentations. He is the author of the Achieve Success, Freedom to Succeed and Power To Succeed programs as well as other programs offered by Aim for Success.

Eric also speaks throughout the United States to teenagers, parents, and teachers. In an average year he will conduct over 300 programs for over 24,000 people! He has been speaking to teenagers for over twenty-five years. Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in working and counseling with youth. He is an avid Texas Ranger baseball fan, runs marathons, and loves photographing lighthouses. Eric lives in Allen, Texas (a suburb of Dallas) with his wife Angela. Eric's daughter Sara is married and recently gave Eric his most proud accomplishment, his granddaughter Gracie.

Eric is a highly motivated individual. He is a dynamic speaker with the ability to captivate audiences of all ages. His presentations are entertaining, informative, challenging, and in no way embarrassing.

Eric has been featured nationally in TIME magazine and locally in The Dallas Morning News. In addition many local newspapers and radio and television news broadcasts have covered his programs.
